During this global pandemic of the “novel” COVID-19, people are doing their best to stay home and limit exposure as much as possible. That being said, there’s likely a number of people across the United States opting to lounge in pajamas, sweatpants, or baggy t-shirts. In terms of at-home comfort, I’m going to offer up a couple suggestions on what to wear if you’re feeling like you want to wear something a little nicer–for yourself and no one else!
My first go-to piece is any knit cardigan. These are like a fancy robe, in my opinion! They drape very nicely with any body type, they are warm, and they can jazz up any ordinary outfit. I assume most women have at least one in their closet, whether its for dressing up a little or providing that little bit of warm during the spring.
My second favorite piece for in-home fashion, steering away from pajamas or sweatpants would be any sort of fluffy pullover. These have been very popular since the Fall of 2019, and continue to be a staple in many women’s closets (especially mine). These provide optimal warmth and style, and whether its from Nordstrom or your backyard brands like Patagonia or North Face–you can never go wrong with these!
My third and final piece to jazz up any in-home outfit would be a scarf! Maybe it’s just my house, but I find myself getting really cold here. I like layering scarves over my neck to make myself extra comfortable, and it doubles as a pillow (if you have the ability to fall asleep with your face down!)

All in all, it is of utmost importance to be comfortable and safe during this time. However, its your body and who says you can’t dress up a little for the Zoom classes and for yourself? Stay safe and stylish!
